Encon have redesigned our existing Cooling Tower with Trickle Fills, support structures & other modifications required for thermal upgradation / efficiency improvement of the Cooling Tower. It is observed that after the modification done by Encon, the cooling water temperature is reduced by 2 degree C in comparison to the earlier performance of Cooling Tower

Encon provided their service team for complete installation with their Trickle Fill to enhance the CT efficiency in our existing Cooling Tower. We feel privileged to comment that there has been improvement by 10% in the overall efficiency of each Cell & as a result, we are able to keep one Cell idle during peak summer season, The above Cooling Tower modification with Encon's technoclogy has benefitted to maintain better process condition.

Encon has successfully supplied, supervised & commissioned the Wind Wall project for Cooling Tower efficiency improvement in our 2 x 600 MW Unit. The Cooling Tower performance improved by an average of 1.4 degree C in the cold water temperature in the basin.
